Litmatch Account Banned Without Reason — Request for Reactivation

My Litmatch account, registered with the email address n*****@gmail.com**, was banned suddenly and without any explanation about 10 minutes ago. I did not engage in any unusual activity within the app, and I did not receive any prior warning or message before being blocked.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I am a free user, not a Premium subscriber. I kindly request that my account be reactivated and that the reason for the ban be clearly communicated to me.
