Lingokids Charged Me After I Canceled My Trial

I downloaded the Lingokids app just to try it out during the free trial period. Since it didn’t catch my kids' interest, I immediately canceled the subscription and deleted the app. I assumed that was the end of it. However, I was shocked to see that Lingokids still charged my credit card even though I had canceled the subscription before the end of the trial period.
According to the system, the subscription was set to run until March 17, 2026—but I had already canceled it well before that date. It’s completely unacceptable to be charged for an app I didn’t use, especially after taking the proper steps to cancel. What’s the point of offering a free trial if you’re going to charge users regardless?
I demand a full refund for the amount withdrawn. Lingokids should take responsibility and process the refund without making things difficult. This kind of billing behavior creates distrust, and if my money is not returned promptly, I’ll be escalating this further.
