Lingokids charged ₺589.99 to my credit card without my authorization. I had downloaded the app about two months ago, used it for just one day during the trial period, and then immediately canceled my subscription and uninstalled the app. At that point, there was no active membership, and I confirmed that my Google Play subscriptions did not list Lingokids anymore.

Despite that, two months later, they suddenly charged me the full annual fee of ₺589.99. When I logged into the app to check, it stated that no active subscription exists under my account.

This is clearly an unauthorized transaction and a serious issue. I demand a full refund immediately. Lingokids should not be charging people for memberships they clearly canceled and never used. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue action through Google support and consumer protection agencies. Fix this now.
