Lingokids Charged Me Without Consent After I Canceled My Trial

I downloaded the Lingokids app from Google Play and signed up for a free trial on January 29. I canceled the subscription on February 1 and even received a confirmation of the cancellation. Despite this, Lingokids repeatedly attempted to charge my virtual credit card without my permission starting from January 5.
Then today—February 13—they successfully withdrew ₺589.99 from my account without my consent. This is a serious violation of trust and an unauthorized transaction. I made sure to cancel in time and have proof of cancellation, so there is absolutely no excuse for this charge.
I am demanding a full and immediate refund of the ₺589.99. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will not hesitate to report this unauthorized charge to consumer protection authorities. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a platform that targets families and children. Lingokids, you need to fix this now.
