Lingokids Charged Me After Free Trial Without Notice

I downloaded the Lingokids app to try it out and signed up for the trial, but never actually used it. Despite not using the service, I just discovered that money was withdrawn from my credit card without any notice or warning. I never received an email, notification, or even a simple message before being charged.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead users into paying for a service they didn’t intend to keep. If this is how Lingokids treats its customers, it raises serious concerns about their billing practices.
I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and expect Lingokids to take immediate action to prevent this from happening to other users. At the very least, there should be clear and advance notification before any charges are made.
