Lichess Account Flagged for Terms of Service Violation Without Explanation

I have been playing chess on Lichess.org for approximately four years. Recently, I noticed that my profile suddenly displayed the following message: “This account violated the Lichess Terms of Service.”

I was extremely surprised to see this warning because I am not aware of having violated any Lichess rules. My account has not been closed, but unfortunately, whenever I play a game, I encounter opponents who appear to be using third-party software or other forms of assistance. This makes the situation even more confusing and concerning for me.

I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the reason for this violation notice be clearly explained to me. If the warning was placed on my account by mistake, I kindly ask that the violation notice be removed from my profile as soon as possible.

I have been using Lichess for around four years and would appreciate a fair and transparent review of my account and the action taken against it.
