LG 65 UR 9100 TV Unresolved Light Leakage Issues



I purchased an LG 65 UR 9100 television from the Teknosa Mersin store on 01/07/2024. On the evening of installation, I noticed light leakages on the screen. The following day, the LG service team took the television along with its box. Despite my attempts to explain the significant issue through photos and discussions with both the service and the headquarters, they claimed that the light leakage was normal and rejected my request for an exchange. As evident in the product photos, there is a major flaw, and LG refuses to stand behind its product. I've been a loyal Samsung user for years without any issues, and this is my first time trying an LG television, and I regret it. The headquarters dismissed the problem, stating it's normal for bottom-lit models. I can't use the product, and dealing with such an indifferent company is frustrating. I will never buy an LG product again. Choosing a television requires careful consideration. LG's behavior would not fly in European countries. I will pursue my rights to the fullest extent; we don't earn money easily, and this conduct is unacceptable for a big corporation like LG.
LG has not responded to my complaint; I have never seen a company like this. I will not buy or recommend any LG products again. They cause distress.
