LG B569BLCZ Refrigerator Not Cooling for a Week - No Support

Our LG B569BLCZ model refrigerator has not been cooling for 1 week. We bought all our white goods from LG, but the slightest problem is not rinsed behind the product. We live in Hatay İskenderun in the earthquake zone, and the conditions are already very heavy. All our food was wasted due to the deterioration of our refrigerator.
