LG Refrigerator GTL569PQM Fault Causes Persistent Odor and Warning Light

Our LG GTL569PQM model refrigerator broke down while we were away from home, and all the food inside spoiled. When we returned home, we noticed a very strong and persistent odor both in the house and in the refrigerator. We contacted LG technical service about the issue, and the team that came identified that the inverter part was faulty and replaced it. This process was carried out under warranty. However, despite the refrigerator being restored to working order, the unpleasant odor has permanently settled both in the house and in the refrigerator, and we are unable to eliminate it on our own. Additionally, the warning light on top of the refrigerator is still lit, which is causing concern. All these issues have caused us both financial and emotional distress. Our expectation from LG is either the replacement of the refrigerator or the provision of a professional cleaning service that can completely eliminate the odor. Additionally, we request that the necessary checks be conducted regarding the warning light to ensure the issue is fully resolved. Our refrigerator is located at the address in Istanbul Beylikdüzü.
