LG Sent Me a Faulty OLED TV and Refused to Repair or Replace It





We purchased an LG OLED TV, and the product arrived with a defective screen that was completely stained and black. When we contacted LG technical service, they refused to replace the TV, claiming it was a display model, and no repairs were offered either. Despite having an additional warranty, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. After the initial inspection, the representative from Istanbul stopped responding, leaving us with a broken TV for over a month. Their customer service has been indifferent, both through LG and WhatsApp, which is incredibly frustrating. I will never purchase an LG product again. The service even claimed the damage was due to wear, which is simply unacceptable.
