LG QNED TV Suddenly Stopped Working Just Before Warranty Expired

We purchased an LG 65QNED816RE television in April or May 2024. Since we bought it as part of our wedding trousseau and did not yet have a home, the installation was not completed until October 2024. We were told that the installation had to be carried out to activate the product's warranty. After the installation, we put the television back in its box and only began using it in August 2025, when we moved into our home. In October 2026, exactly two years after the installation and during the month the warranty was due to expire, the television suddenly shut down while we were watching it normally. It has not turned on since. The television is now completely inoperable, and we find it difficult to believe that this failure is simply a coincidence. I am having great difficulty reaching LG customer service or the relevant authorized departments, and I have been unable to contact anyone or receive assistance with this issue. I have also come across reports from many people whose LG televisions of the same or similar models developed comparable faults around the two-year mark. For this reason, I suspect that this may be a manufacturing defect rather than a problem caused by user error. I request that LG consider this case as a goodwill claim, investigate the failure that occurred in the month the warranty expired, and repair my television free of charge. If necessary, I also request a replacement of the product to resolve this issue and compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced.
