LG PA11WS Sold as Plug-and-Play but Requires Unexpected Installation Fee

On 01.06.2026, I purchased an LG PA11WS portable air conditioner through Hepsiburada from Odabaşı Ltd., where it was advertised and sold as a plug-and-play product. However, despite being marketed as a plug-and-play device, I was asked to pay a ₺1,500 installation fee. When I contacted LG Türkiye, I was informed that the installation service is chargeable, but that only the local dealer could provide the exact amount, even though such a fee should be standardized and transparent. I find it unfair that a plug-and-play product is subject to an additional ₺1,500 installation charge and that LG Türkiye headquarters is either unable or unwilling to clearly disclose this standard fee to customers. I request that this unjust installation fee be canceled or that a clear and transparent explanation be provided and the necessary correction made, so that I do not suffer financial loss as a result of this situation.
