LG Nanocell TV Stopped Working in Less Than 3 Years
I purchased an LG Nanocell TV on March 19, 2022, expecting it to be a long-lasting, high-quality product. However, less than three years later, the screen and sound completely stopped working. When I contacted LG customer service, I was informed that the warranty only lasts for two years, and since it has expired, I would have to pay ₺29,500 for repairs—which is nearly the cost of a brand-new TV!
This is completely unacceptable. I invested in a premium LG product, assuming it would last for many years, yet it failed far too soon. A television from a well-established brand should not malfunction this quickly, and customers should not be forced to pay an exorbitant repair fee for an issue that is clearly a manufacturing defect.
