Paid, But No Product – LG WashTower Delivery Failure
The LG WashTower has not been delivered for 4 months, with excuses such as “out of stock.” On January 14, 2025, I purchased the LG WashTower product, which was on sale for ₺69,000, from the LG Brandshop CZ Elektronik branch located in Trabzon. We have been waiting for a response to our emails. For two months, delivery was not made with various excuses such as “no stock” or “held at customs in Poland.” A formal notice was sent to both the LG headquarters and the branch. In response, we received unprofessional and unofficial replies stating that delivery would be made within 4 months of the post-sale period, and if we requested a refund from the branch, the LG headquarters would handle the delivery. The irresponsibility and lack of seriousness were unacceptable, so a complaint was filed with the Consumer Arbitration Committee (THH). We have all the necessary documents: the invoice, email correspondence, WhatsApp conversations, and the THH application form. The LG headquarters blames the branch, and the branch blames the headquarters. There is no one to hold accountable. We’ve paid, but there’s no product and no responsible party. All we are left with is the invoice. Meanwhile, I got married with my spouse, we bought our clothes, and now we are washing them by hand. Shame on them. I will pursue every legal right I have, including filing for damages. Think twice before shopping from LG. I wish everyone the best
