I Can’t Get My LG CordZero Vacuum Fixed Due to No Service in My District

I bought an LG CordZero cordless vacuum cleaner, and shortly after, the lid developed a problem. I contacted customer service and was directed to a service center in Bağcılar, which is not even in my district. They told me the product would need to be sent there, and if it couldn’t be fixed, replacement would not be an option.
I asked a simple question: Why is LG selling products in areas where there is no authorized service support? Instead of providing a solution, they just kept dragging the conversation out without offering any real help or alternatives. This whole situation has become an unnecessary hassle over something that should have been a quick fix.
