As a satisfied user of a previously owned LG television, I decided to replace it three years ago, investing a significant amount ($1000) in purchasing the LG model with the code LG65SM8200 from the Nanocell series. At that time, it was a good model for its time. However, two months after the end of the warranty period, a vertical white light appeared on the screen. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that there is no free intervention due to the expiration of the warranty. Subsequently, shadows started appearing on the screen. This greatly disappointed me, considering that the television was purchased just three years ago for a substantial amount, and it was a good model from the LG brand. Especially since it was one of LG's flagship products, this situation looks very disheartening for the brand. I can say that it seriously undermined my trust.
