I purchased a 42-inch LG WebOS TV in 2016, and it has worked perfectly until now. I regularly watch TV series and movies through web browsers on the TV. However, for the past few days, videos no longer load and instead display the error message:

"This video file cannot be played. (Error Code: 224003)."

I searched online and found several complaints, but none exactly match my issue. I contacted LG support, yet they couldn’t provide a solution. Some representatives even suggested bringing the TV to a service center, which I refuse to do—once a TV is sent for service, it often returns with more problems.

I have reset my TV to factory settings multiple times, but the issue persists. LG must provide a real fix, or this will severely damage its brand reputation.
