LG DTV_55LB652V TV Update Blocked Netflix Access


After the latest LG TV update, I can no longer access Netflix on my LG DTV_55LB652V. My TV is 10 years old, yet everything else works fine—except Netflix. This issue clearly stems from the update, not the TV’s age.
I contacted LG customer service, but they haven’t provided any solution yet. I expect a fix immediately, as Netflix was working perfectly before this update. If LG is intentionally blocking older models, that is completely unacceptable.
I bought an LG TV expecting long-term support, not forced obsolescence. If this issue isn’t resolved, I won’t trust LG products again. I need an urgent solution to restore Netflix access!
