Lexus Dealership Won’t Connect Me to Sales After Four Calls

I called the Lexus Dolmabahçe location because I wanted information about an SUV model. I called four times on different days. Each time, I told the customer service agent that I wanted to speak with a sales representative, but every time they made up an excuse. I honestly have never seen a company this unprofessional. They keep telling me to leave my personal information so they can “call me back,” and it’s wrong to force people into that. And as far as I know, they don’t even have another dealership in Istanbul. It’s really disappointing.
