BYD Istanbul KAR Dealer Won’t Answer Service Calls After Purchase

I purchased a BYD vehicle in December from Istanbul KAR BYD dealership. However, when I encountered an issue and tried to reach their service department, I found it impossible to get through. No one answers the phone, no matter how many times I call.
Strangely, when I call the sales department, they pick up immediately. This proves they are eager to sell cars but unwilling to provide proper after-sales support. I also contacted ALJ’s main office, but they just redirected me back to the unresponsive dealer.
It feels like once you buy the car, you’re on your own. This is unacceptable for a brand like BYD. I demand proper service support—a dealership should stand behind the cars they sell! Fix this now!
