Lenovo V15 G2IJL Laptop Screen Half White, Unable to Update


I recently purchased a Lenovo V15 G2IJL laptop, and suddenly, half of the screen turned completely white. This issue occurred without warning, and now I am also unable to perform updates on the device.
This has been extremely frustrating, as the laptop is essential for my daily work, and such problems are unacceptable for a new product. I need Lenovo’s authorized service to address this issue immediately and provide a solution.
I expect the screen and update issues to be resolved promptly, either through repair or replacement. Please prioritize this matter, as it is disrupting my workflow. I look forward to hearing from Lenovo’s support team without further delay.
