Lenovo Tab 10 Tablet Won't Turn on, Doesn't Even Charge Right

I asked for a straight-up exchange or refund for the messed-up item, but they sent it back to the service center to fix it because they said there was some software problem. So, after waiting for like two days, I finally got the tablet back with the software all reinstalled. But, guess what? The same problem came back after only 20 days of using it. The tablet won't turn on and doesn't charge right. It's Lenovo TAB 10 tablet from Teknosa. definitely defective. this problem just keeps happening over and over again. the repairs didn't fix anything. We've been using the tablet for like 15-20 days since we got it back, and now it's already useless again. bought the tablet from a different city, and now we live in a different district. just the transportation cost is already more than what I paid for the tablet. need a quick and effective solution. Can't wait to hear back from you with a solution that works for me.
