Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, which I have used under normal conditions, has developed a motherboard failure in its third year of use, despite having no history of physical damage, impact, or liquid exposure. The authorized service center did not offer any repair option and instead recommended only a complete motherboard replacement at a very high cost. Considering the device's premium segment, original purchase price, and expected service life, it is evident that such a failure cannot reasonably be regarded as a normal consequence of ordinary use. Despite the absence of any user-related fault, the manufacturer has failed to provide an adequate solution. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was launched in 2022 as Samsung's flagship smartphone and was sold at a premium price. As a consumer, it is not reasonable to expect a flagship device of this caliber to suffer a motherboard failure after only three years of normal use. Such a failure raises serious concerns regarding the durability and reliability that consumers are entitled to expect from a high-end product.
