Lenovo Refused to Repair My Yoga 7 Bought Abroad Despite Mainboard Failure

December 29, 2024 9:50 PM43

I bought a Lenovo Yoga 7 from Dubai in 2023. After about 18 months, a mainboard failure occurred. I contacted Lenovo’s authorized service in Türkiye, but they told me they couldn’t accept it because the device was purchased abroad. I explained that it is an international brand and believed the warranty should be valid worldwide. Despite this, they insisted they could not assist with products purchased outside the country. I also shared this situation with Lenovo on the X platform, hoping for a resolution, but nothing came of it. I even told both parties that if the issue was my fault, I’d pay for the repair, but they still refused to help. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Lenovo’s customer service. Lenovo, please solve my problem!
