Lenovo Fails to Quote Full Repair Parts for My Legion Pro

July 16, 2025 6:59 AM49

I regret to inform you that I am quite dissatisfied with the repair process of my Lenovo Legion Pro device, which is currently being handled by 'BDH Bilişim Destek Hizmetleri San. Tic. A.Ş.'.  The part quotations I have received so far have been incomplete, and despite my clearly communicated requests, I have not received any responses to my follow-up emails. Even though I have repeatedly specified the required parts, some of the critical components necessary for the device to function properly have still not been included in the quotes. Frankly, I find it unacceptable to expect a full repair with missing parts. As I have emphasized before, when requesting an LCD screen replacement, it is obvious that the entire related casing parts (such as top cover, bottom case, keyboard deck, hinge covers, etc.) must also be considered. However, the service center avoids responsibility and instead expects the customer to determine which parts are necessary, which is not a sustainable or reasonable approach. What I need is a complete and clear quotation covering the screen and all casing components — not vague, incomplete lists that cause confusion and delay. Despite my multiple attempts and efforts to clarify the situation, the process has stalled repeatedly, always ending up in the same loop. How many more times do I need to write and follow up on this issue? I kindly request that this complaint be officially escalated to the appropriate department and that a clear and definitive solution be provided to me without further delay.  List of Requested Parts # Part Name Part Number Description 1 LCD Screen 5D11L40981 16" WQXGA (2560x1600), IPS, 500 nits, 100% sRGB, Anti-Glare 2 Bezel (front frame) 5B30S19107 Surrounds the LCD panel – model specific 3 A-Cover (top casing / LCD cover) 5CB1K91094 Outer casing that holds the screen 4 Hinge Cover 5CB1K91095 5 Strip Cover 5CB1K91099 6 C-Cover + Turkish RGB Keyboard 5CB1L30883 7 D-Cover (bottom case) 5CB1K91093 8 EDP Cable (motherboard to screen) 5C10S30704 9 CMOS Battery 5B10S34077 10 Screw Set 5S10S35544  Notes: The screen and casing components must be treated as a single set. The EDP cable is essential for the screen to function — must not be omitted. The RGB keyboard must be Turkish Q layout as specified. If there are any additional parts required for a complete repair, I kindly ask that you include those as well in the quotation. Device: Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16IRX8 – Type 82WK
