I sent my laptop in for warranty service because it was overheating. But, when the laptop was given back, it wasn't working or charging correctly, suggesting that it had been treated poorly while being handled. I had to send it back once more. I was surprised when the service center told me that I had to pay 4000 TL because the page up key on my laptop's keyboard was slightly raised. I was frustrated because the problem I originally reported was about heating, and it should have been covered by the warranty. I asked them to focus on fixing the heating problem that they accidentally caused and that is covered by the warranty. But I still haven't heard back from them, and it's been about a month since I asked. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in addressing the issue. I got my laptop back around October 3-4. It seemed like they fixed the heating issue and the startup problem. But now I have a new problem - my laptop keeps getting the blue screen of death because it overheats several times a day. Additionally, either the charging port or the charger itself is not working properly; it works and stops working at irregular intervals. When I first got the laptop back from the warranty service, they said there were scratches on the charger, but it was working fine the service center didn't handle my laptop well and didn't fix the heating problem correctly. Because of that, I have had to handle extra issues and inconveniences.  I feel remorseful about my decision and would advise others to think it over again.
