LemonSwan needs to be more honest about their prices. When you join up or pay, it's not clear where the total amount owing is—it's hidden in the tiny print. You only know how much anything really costs after the fact, and by then it's too late. To be honest, it seems like they're intentionally disguising the whole price to make it look like you're getting a better deal than you are. That's not true. If you find out you've been charged more than you thought, there's no way to get your money back. No refunds, no changes. It only makes you feel horrible and like you've been taken advantage of.
