Lefties Return Not Sent By DHL Causing Loss

DHL told me they forgot to send my return 15 days after the return period had expired. I contacted customer service several times, but neither Lefties nor DHL took responsibility. I am at a loss of ₺5,260, and Lefties did not stand behind their products. I want to make a return.
