Lee Cooper Harry Jeans Faded Excessively After Only Five Washes

On April 1, 2026, I ordered a pair of Lee Cooper Harry Mid-Rise Straight-Leg Jeans through Hepsiburada, and the product was delivered on April 4, 2026. Despite being used under normal conditions, the jeans experienced severe color fading within approximately 40 to 45 days.

During this period, the product was washed only five times, and every wash was performed strictly according to the care instructions provided on the label. Even so, the jeans lost a significant amount of color in a very short time. I do not consider this level of fading acceptable for a product that was used and maintained exactly as instructed by the manufacturer.

On May 23, 2026, I submitted a request through the Hepsiburada platform to notify the seller about the issue and seek assistance. However, I have not received any response or feedback regarding my complaint. The combination of the product's premature color fading and the seller's complete lack of communication has left me disappointed and inconvenienced.

I request that this issue be resolved through one of the following options: a full refund, a gift card equal to the purchase value, or a replacement with a defect-free product of the same quality and value. I expect a fair solution considering the short period of use, compliance with all care instructions, and the absence of any response from the seller.
