I ordered a men’s pajama set from LC Waikiki via the internet and paid ₺1,160.08 for this product. When the product arrived and I examined it, I saw that the price on the label was much lower than the amount I had paid. On the label, the cash price was written as ₺799.99 and the installment price as ₺887.99, which clearly shows a price difference to the detriment of the consumer. I find it unacceptable that there is such a serious difference between the label price on the product and the price reflected to the consumer during the online purchase process. This situation damages my trust in the brand and I consider it contrary to the principle of protecting the consumer. In this regard, I request that the difference between the amount I paid ₺1,160.08, and the prices shown on the label (₺799.99 cash, ₺887.99 in installments) be refunded to me and that this situation be examined and rectified so that other consumers are not similarly aggrieved.
