LC Waikiki Discount Lost After Order Cancel
On 29 March, I made a purchase via the LC Waikiki mobile application to buy two trousers for my son. One of the products was priced at ₺649 and the other at ₺499. Although LC Waikiki’s system rarely offers proper coupon codes or meaningful discounts, this time a small discount had been defined in my cart. However, when I tried to pay with the “shopping credit” option, the credit was not approved, the order was automatically cancelled and the small discount of approximately ₺100–200 that I had in my cart was completely removed. As a result, I neither received the products nor can I see or use that discount right anymore in the system. There was no charge or block on my card or bank side, but my discount right simply disappeared. I had not been shopping from LC Waikiki, either in-store or online, for a long time. Years ago, when I was pregnant, I had been kept waiting in long queues at the Afyon Park AVM LC Waikiki store. Although it was stated that pregnant women, the elderly and customers with children would be given priority at the checkout, neither the customers nor the staff paid any attention to this rule. When I reported the situation to the cashier, the staff at Afyon Park AVM LC Waikiki store behaved very rudely. For this reason, I had consciously avoided LC Waikiki for a long time. I only downloaded the app again and decided to give LC Waikiki another chance because my son specifically wanted trousers from LC Waikiki, but unfortunately I experienced a similar disappointment once again. I request that my lost discount right from this cancelled purchase be compensated, that a suitable discount code be defined for me, and that I be supported so that I can buy these trousers for my son at a reasonable and advantageous price. Otherwise, I will delete the application again and, as before, I will no longer prefer LC Waikiki for my purchases.
