Lastminute.com Refuses to Refund My Ticket After Over Two Months
I requested a refund from last-minute.com more than two months ago, and they still provide me run-around. Every time I phone them, I receive the same pointless justification. They seem not even paying attention to what I am saying. Just robotic, boilerplate answers from customer service—no attempt to really evaluate the matter or offer a genuine solution. I have followed up for so long that it seems like a total waste. Other businesses handle returns within two weeks without making life miserable. To be honest, I regret handling lastminute.com. When other companies effectively manage things and really worry about keeping their clients pleased, why bother? This encounter has exceeded mere annoyance and disappointment.
