Last Empire War Z Account Hacked – Locked Out and No Help from Support

My Last Empire War Z account was hacked, and the password for my castle was changed. I’ve submitted all the necessary information multiple times from three different castles, including my castle details, shopping history, and coordinates with screenshots, but despite this, they refuse to return my castle or reset my password. The castle name is the same, and I have another castle with the same name in the same alliance, but no matter what I do, customer service won’t help me get it back. This is incredibly frustrating. I expect them to take this seriously and return my castle as soon as possible!
