My Clash of Clans Accounts Have Been Hacked and Supercell Support is Not Helping Me
Recently, my Clash of Clans accounts have been hacked and are now being used by someone else. Despite attempting a recovery using their account recovery service, I'm yet to receive any help or support from Supercell - not even a reply to my emails. This hacker was clever enough to access all of the accounts connected to my Supercell ID, changed the password and also altered all of their names. Out of all the accounts I've lost (#PYPQ898V0 (13 BB), #P2JJY2VCY (10 BB), #2YV8VL2UG (12 BB), #PL20JLQV2 (11 BB), #PQR2800LQ (12 BB) and #PRVGV99P8 (bb11)) I've invested a lot of money and time into them and would like to retrieve them as soon as possible. I understand that customer safety is important to companies like Supercell, but at the same time it is equally important for customers to feel safe about their investments in those games - which is why I really do hope that they will provide me with the necessary assistance in this matter.
