Lane Bryant Bras Lose Shape Quickly

I've been a loyal customer of Lane Bryant lingerie products for a long time. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase of bras has been quite disappointing. I make sure to wash all the items I buy before wearing them, following the washing instructions. Hygiene is a top priority for me. After washing the most recent bra order following the instructions, its shape became distorted, losing all of its charm. Upon contacting customer service to initiate a return, I was informed by the representative that they have a policy of not accepting returns for items that have been used or washed. In the end, I would have worn it for a week and washed it again, only to encounter the same issue. It might be a good idea to consider trying a different brand.
