Calvin Klein Bra Deformed After First Wash – Exchange Request Denied

I purchased a Calvin Klein bra from G Lingerie at Optimum last month, and after the very first wash, it became deformed. I sent it for inspection, but of course, they returned it, claiming there was no issue. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend so much money only to be let down by poor quality. If this had happened abroad, the brand would have immediately offered a replacement and better customer service. It’s frustrating to see how poorly Calvin Klein is being represented here, and I won’t be shopping from this brand again.
