Lama App Agency Harassed Me and Got Me Unfairly Banned
About a month and a half ago, I joined an agency on the Lama app owned by s*** K***. From the very beginning, I was subjected to insulting, threatening, and abusive messages both through the agency account and private messages. Because I was uncomfortable with this environment, I stated that I wanted to leave the agency and eventually left.
Even though I had not posted any advertisements or violated any advertising rules on the app, I was unfairly banned by the agency owner for allegedly committing an “advertising violation.” In addition, the agency owner repeatedly demanded money from me in dollars so that I could enter games. I spent approximately $4 through the app in total, and I also converted my own diamonds and gave them to the agency owner. Finally, when I said I wanted to leave the agency, I was subjected to psychological pressure and emotional manipulation, including statements such as, “I’ll go bankrupt and kill myself.”
I also have screenshots documenting the situations described above. Because of the harassment, threats, abusive messages, financial loss, and unfair ban I experienced, I request that Lama investigate this agency and its owner, take the necessary disciplinary action, and review the unfair ban placed on my account.
I expect Lama to take this complaint seriously, investigate the evidence I can provide, and take appropriate action to protect users from similar harassment, manipulation, and abuse.
