Lacoste Store Refused Refund For Shirt Return Despite Valid Request
On November 5, 2025, I went to a Lacoste store to return a shirt I had purchased on October 28, 2025. Since the product was shipped from the central warehouse because it wasn’t available in the store at the time of purchase, the delivery period was included in the return window. This caused a delay and shortened my return time. The store staff refused to process the return, stating that my return period had expired, and said they could only offer an exchange or a gift card. However, during the purchase, I was informed that I had the right to return the product within seven days. I also contacted Lacoste customer service, but I received the same response and was told that there is no refund option for exchanged products. However, I did not request an exchange — I wanted to return the item directly. I request that my legal right to a refund be granted.
