I got a Lacoste jacket two days ago and wore it once. Now it has stains on it that won't come off no matter how much I clean it. When I went to the store, they wouldn't let me return or exchange it, even though the receipt says I have a 15-day right to do so. I tried to tell them that the jacket appears dirty after just one wear, but they said I couldn't return it. I really didn't think Lacoste would respond like this. I just want them to take my complaint seriously and provide me either a refund or an exchange so that this problem can be fixed equitably.
