Defective Labubu Toy Leaves Customer Without a Refund or Replacement

On December 20, I purchased a Labubu toy from a toy vendor at a market set up in Hendek, Sakarya. When we got home, we noticed that both the toy's head and feet were crooked and that it was clearly defective. The seller and the manufacturer are both responsible for packaging and selling a product in this condition; they essentially put a poor-quality, defective product in the box, and the toy is completely unusable.

For about three weeks, we have been going to the market and waiting for the seller to set up their stall, but the seller has not returned, so we have had no opportunity to return or exchange the product. The $6 we paid was essentially wasted, and we were left with a defective toy.

I am asking the relevant authorities responsible for market inspections in Hendek, Sakarya, to inspect vendors and the company involved in selling poor-quality and defective toys, impose the necessary sanctions on such sellers, and take the necessary steps to resolve our complaint and compensate us for our loss.
