Laz-A-Boy Sofa Got Annoying, Old Looking Wrinkles In A Month

I'm really unhappy with the couch I bought in March in Longview, Texas, I can't express how much but I’ll try… This sofa looks terrible because the seat and the area where you sit down are puckering. We didn’t know what to do for sometime later went to the store, showed the pictures and after some time the seat and back were changed, the new parts look even worse! When I complained again, they were so rude as to say that it happens because we sit on it?? That's something I've never heard of! Well, that’s what people do when they buy sofas. I feel lied to, and now I have to live with a sofa that looks like it was in a war. I didn't get what I paid for, and I didn't expect this from their customer service. It looks like they no longer care about quality.
