I can't believe what happened to my skin after I used the tonic and cleansing gel from La Roche-Posay Effaclar. On the first day, it hurt my skin. Even though my skin isn't very sensitive, it got very irritated. I bought it at a pharmacy and used the barcode to check online that it was real. Even though I knew it was real, my face had a terrible reaction to it. I don't know how to get over this. My skin is all torn up, and I feel very down. I didn't think La Roche-Posay would do something like this. I need an answer and help right away from their customer service helpline.
