Before I started using this cleansing gel, I had never before experienced any issues like redness. On the other hand, after using it, my face became irritated, dried out, and red. I realized a significant increase in the number of acne breakouts, cracks on my lips, and even a change in the color of my skin. The previously bright red areas have now turned black, and the itching is almost intolerable at this point. I tried calling the customer service line, but they did not provide any help or even respond to my complaint. Unfortunately, this was the case.
