I purchased La Roche-Posay Anthelios sunscreen from C**** F****** Pharmacy in Denizli in August 2025. When I opened the product for the first time last week, I noticed that it was not like a normal sunscreen at all—it had an almost water-like consistency. Additionally, the product had a very strong and unpleasant odor, similar to fenugreek, which was quite disturbing.
Since the product was like this from the moment I first opened it, I returned to the pharmacy where I purchased it. However, I was told that this was the product’s normal condition, and my concern was dismissed without any solution being offered. As a result, I am unable to use the product and am worried that it may be harmful to my health.
I request that La Roche-Posay investigate this issue, carry out the necessary checks, and process a refund for this unusable product.
