On April 28, 2025, I attended the La Roche-Posay “First 50 Guests Get a Gift” event held at İstinyePark, and I am writing to express my deep frustration over the way it was handled. My friends and I arrived early in the morning and stood in line exactly as the event rules instructed, within the designated waiting area. Despite this, we were told by security that the first 50 gifts would only be given to a separate group of people they claimed had arrived overnight—a claim with no verification or transparency.
Although it was obvious that there weren’t even 50 people present at the time, the security guards refused to acknowledge our rightful place in line. Worse, they behaved rudely, saying things like “Go complain wherever you want, nothing will change.” This is not only a violation of the event’s fairness but also a serious blow to the brand’s credibility. It’s unacceptable for an internationally known brand like La Roche-Posay to leave participants at the mercy of arbitrary decisions by unprofessional security staff.
