Unable to Access Kwai Account – Verification Code Sent Only to Old Phone Number

I’m currently unable to access my Kwai account (ID: 978029489) because the verification code is being sent only to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I’ve also forgotten my password, and there’s no option to receive the code via my Gmail account.
Please assist me in resolving this issue, as I still have important videos saved in my account. It would be helpful if an alternative verification option could be provided. Thank you for your assistance.
