Kwai Blocked My Withdrawal and Customer Support Keeps Sending Useless Automated Replies
I am extremely frustrated with Kwai. My withdrawal process has been completely blocked, and despite reaching out multiple times to customer support, I keep receiving the same automatic responses over and over again. No one actually addresses my problem, and I am left with no clear explanation or solution.
I have money stuck in my account that I can no longer access. I wrote to the help center several times, but all I get are copy-paste messages that do not help in any way. It’s incredibly disappointing that there is no real customer service representative to actually investigate and fix the issue.
I urgently demand that Kwai properly review my case, unblock my withdrawal, and allow me to access my funds. Users deserve real answers and real support, not endless automated replies. Please resolve this issue immediately — this situation is unacceptable!
