Unable to Withdraw Money from Kwai Due to Account Issue
I’ve been unable to withdraw my money from my Kwai account for over a week now. The app keeps displaying a message stating, “An anomaly has been detected in your account,” and refuses to process the withdrawal. Despite waiting and trying repeatedly, the issue remains unresolved.
I have accumulated funds in my account, but I can’t access or withdraw them. This is extremely frustrating, and I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue.
Kwai, please fix this problem immediately and allow me to withdraw my money. It’s unacceptable to leave users without access to their funds for such a prolonged period. I expect a prompt resolution and better support in the future.
