I Can’t Withdraw My Earnings from Kwai Even Though My Account Is Linked Correctly

I am very frustrated with Kwai. I used to be able to withdraw my earnings without any problems, but now, even though my account is properly linked, I can no longer complete any withdrawals. My accumulated balance just sits there, and every time I try to withdraw, the transaction fails without any clear explanation.

I have been watching videos and collecting rewards for a long time, putting in real time and effort. It’s extremely disappointing to suddenly face this issue after having a smooth experience in the past. I haven't changed any settings, and my account connection is still active, so there is no reason this problem should exist.

I urgently request Kwai Support to investigate and fix this withdrawal issue. Users who spend their time supporting the app deserve to access the money they have rightfully earned. Please resolve this immediately and allow me to withdraw my balance as before!
