I use the Kwai app actively, and I am now facing a serious issue where my account has been permanently closed without any valid reason. I invested countless hours and significant effort creating content, engaging with the community, and building my account. Suddenly losing access to everything I worked for is both unfair and heartbreaking.
This problem started when I tried to log into my account and received a notification stating that my account had been permanently banned. I was never informed of any violation, and I am confident that I followed the platform’s rules. Despite all my dedication, my hard work has been taken away from me in a moment, leaving me deeply disappointed and helpless.
This unfair ban has caused me emotional distress as my time, creativity, and passion were invested into this account. I kindly request Kwai’s support team to thoroughly review my case, explain why this action was taken, and most importantly, reopen my account.
